I filled out the quote request form (request e-price) on a Friday night at 7pm and I was contacted immediately within 10 mins. This simply amazed me. I received a phone call and an email from my rep Kevinth Nunez. We setup a time to talk on Saturday. After arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by the managers and the folks. The atmosphere was very cordial and welcoming. Kevinth came by and showed me the car I had requested. He went one step further by finding me a car that would save me even more money than the one I had selected. The only difference between the 2 cars was a spoiler (i didnt need the spoiler). That was something that surprised me and made me happy. The entire process was effortless, fast and I was told everything upfront and never pressured at any point of time. The manager that we were dealing with was Luis. He was the same person who had sold my wife her Fusion 2 years ago. I was amazed at the whole process and how it was handled.
