We were immediately taken care of and had the pleasure of working with Mike Engelmann. He was pleasant to deal with and was extremely knowledgeable about Ford products. It was not a high pressure approach at all. On both of the evenings we were at Sheehy, Mike stayed way past his normal hours to ensure we were satisfied customers. He gave us the lowest price and was most helpful throughout. I would buy another vehicle from him. We were very impressed with Sheehy generally and felt that we were treated very well by everyone. Worth the trip! I have 4 Ford dealerships within a 20 minute drive from my home, but drove an hour away to do business with Sheehy of Gaithersburg. I'm a difficul I have 4 Ford dealerships within a 20 minute drive from my home, but drove an hour away to do business with Sheehy of Gaithersburg. I'm a difficult customer - I do a lot of research and have a good idea of what I want and am willing to pay before I walk into a dealership. I walked out from a few dealers near my home when sales or F&I started to play games with the prices they quoted by email. I then contacted Kate at Sheehy. It was a refreshing experience to say the least. We came up with a deal that matched my needs on a 2015 Fusion Energi Titanium. I drove off the lot the same day. There were no games, changes or delays. Jason in F&I explained the options available for warranties, service programs, etc. If I wasn't interested he didn't pressure me at all. When I was interested he explained everything clearly and worked with me to find the right combination of services and price to fit my needs and budget. I'll will still do the research our next car, but when it's time to buy or lease, I'll start with Sheehy. Thanks again to Kate, Jason . More
