I filled out the quote request form (request e-price) on a Friday night at 7pm and I was contacted immediately within 10 mins. This simply amazed me. I received a phone call and an email from my rep Kevinth Nunez. We setup a time to talk on Saturday. After arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by the managers and the folks. The atmosphere was very cordial and welcoming. Kevinth came by and showed me the car I had requested. He went one step further by finding me a car that would save me even more money than the one I had selected. The only difference between the 2 cars was a spoiler (i didnt need the spoiler). That was something that surprised me and made me happy. The entire process was effortless, fast and I was told everything upfront and never pressured at any point of time. The manager that we were dealing with was Luis. He was the same person who had sold my wife her Fusion 2 years ago. I was amazed at the whole process and how it was handled. I'm a difficult customer - I do a lot of research and have a good idea of what I want and am willing to pay before I walk into a dealership. I walked out from a few dealers near my home when sales or F&I started to play games with the prices they quoted by email. I then contacted Kate at Sheehy. It was a refreshing experience to say the least. We came up with a deal that matched my needs on a 2015 Fusion Energi Titanium. I drove off the lot the same day. There were no games, changes or delays. Jason in F&I explained the options available for warranties, service programs, etc. If I wasn't interested he didn't pressure me at all. When I was interested he explained everything clearly and worked with me to find the right combination of services and price to fit my needs and budget.
