I had a no-fuss experience where I interacted with a sales representative over e-mail (Brandon), and then scheduled to come into to check out the car. They were personable, flexible and did not push for the sale. They are going above and beyond as I left something in my old vehicle - they will be sending it back to me via mail. I have had friends that have purchased here and they had similar experiences. I drove an hour to come here, and I did not regret a thing. I never thought I'd "enjoy an afternoon at a car dealership" - but I definitely did here. I highly recommend. More

Matt was very easy going, just the way I like my sales people. I do not generally want to feel like a sales person wants me to buy something more than I want to. I was very comfortable with Matt, so much so that I very easily switched from the cloth seats and rust color I wanted. Corey is definitely the burst of energy the dealership needs and yes HE IS FAST! :-) I didn't interact with him as much as I did with Matt but the short time spent with him was very pleasant. In the more than 4 hours I was there, one other sales person said hello to me, although several passed by repeatedly and the reception person also was friendlier towards the end of the night when I was actually buying. All customers should be treated the same (like a rich purchasing customer) by everyone attached to a dealership, especially since your livelihood depends on it. I am glad Matt was assigned to me and that I was able to give him my sale because I think he was only directed to me because she did not think I was a 'buyer'. This was the impression I got. I am a forever skeptic but first impressions still count. Matt and Corey's service were both indeed excellent! More

After coming off of a not so pleasant experience at another dealership, Jeremiah treated us like valuable customers from the start. Although the original car I was there to see did not work out, too small for my 6'5" husband, Jeremiah took the time to show us other cars that fit our needs and in the pouring rain no less. I was not in the market to buy a Ford but Jeremiah assured me I would love the car and I do. My "new to me" 2012 Ford Fusion SEL had all the features I was looking for and at a price I could not pass up. During the whole process Jeremiah was professional and fun to work with. He really listened to what I was looking for in a car and showed me great options that led to the purchase of my Fusion. Once all the paperwork was signed and keys were in my hand Jeremiah also took the time to help sync my phone to the car. Car buying can be stressful, but with friendly and helpful sales associates like Jeremiah and other team members at Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg it can and will be a great one! More

Kate is Great! Kate Van Arnum stayed later at work than she originally intended to so that she could show me a Ford Focus I was interested in, and also helped me com Kate Van Arnum stayed later at work than she originally intended to so that she could show me a Ford Focus I was interested in, and also helped me compare with other models/years that were in my price range. The Focus was used and only recently listed, so she arranged for the car to be certified for a test drive before I arrived. Since I was not initially planning on purchasing a car that evening, she was very patient with me while I made my decision to buy and finance that night. Kate is polite, professional and fun to work with and definitely has fun doing her job! She even helped me transfer all of my belongings from my trade-in car to my new car and then set up the bluetooth in the Focus! Kate went above and beyond and I am grateful to have worked with her!
