Or the MKT and Neils was the only one that asked if i need help(after walking through the dealership and I came here looking at the Lincoln Navigator. He said with a lower PRICE TAG I could probably get more for my money(more BANG for my BUCK!!! I informed him that i need a running board and grab handles for my 78 yr old Mom can get in and out with EASE!!! He showed me exactly what I asked for and more....auto start is a deal breaker for me. Once I had made my selections of vehicles to test drive, he explained several functions about the vehicles to me as I was test driving them. He was very easy to talk to and not pushy at all. He was also able to approximate monthly car payments to me on different sales amounts which aided me in my selection. He has called me since my purchase to see how the vehicle was working out for me and offered his services to me for any future assistance I my need. The finance representative was very nice and knowledgeable in explaining the finance process. I also enjoyed free coffee. I recommend Sheehy Ford, Gaithersburg to anyone looking for a no haggle easy car purchase. More
Water coming in the roof I had water coming into the car somehow. Joe Walsh a service rep asked if I had a sunroof I replied yes, he said bring it in it's probably the drains I had water coming into the car somehow. Before he began he showed me the gunk and standing water in the sunroof tracks/area. Afterwards he tested it and I could see the water draining. This was great service, he took care of it in under 30 minutes, and I was ecstatic to not have to be without a car for a day. So impressed with the service I almost forgot to mention there was NO CHARGE. More

Not pushy or overbearing at all - you get the feeling she figures the car's strengths sell themselves, which gives you confidence that, yeah, they do. Not to say she didn't do some of the stuff salespeople probably ought to -- try to get you to nail down an appointment time etc. - but she gave us space as a couple to think it through, too. And it wasn't pulling teeth to get a quote: easy to get transparency and to be honest you have the feeling she wants to work that way. ALL the staff we dealt with were polite and helpful, and the dealership has an impressive setup to get things done completely and fast. I suspect all the staff are great -- we'll be bringing it here for service -- but at least based on my experience I would suggest you ask for Ms. Van Arnum. I would have zero hesitation calling her up if something under warranty goes wacky in the next couple weeks (say). Mike Bolourian in finance was particularly helpful too and great to deal with; he gets it all set up so inasmuch as it's possible it is one, two, three, hit the road. More

They lie to me when I was trying to buy 3rd car, in the morning we did all the paper work, I sign and on the evening when I was there with my wife to take the car and she had to sign too they said the sales man make mistake and the price changed!!!!. I sold my car 2 months ago, they suppose to sent me a refund for credit.I never received anything till now. I am tryiing to be in person and they said to me in a few days you will recieve them.... (lie) I did 2 times online chat and they always said we will contact you.... Stay away fro them.... More

Alex Magner was our salesperson, and he was straightforward, clear, and friendly. We had a nice test drive, and he explained the features of the car without "getting in the way" of the driving experience. He was up-front and clear about the pricing at Sheehy, and we got a fair offer on our trade-in vehicle. The financing was also easy and quick, and we were able to get a stick drive of PDFs of all of the documents, instead of having to keep a bunch of paper. Mr. Magner answered all of our questions, and although we wanted to sell us a car, was not pushy or domineering. We told him we were going to test drive another competitor, and he wished us well, but asked us to let him know what we thought. We preferred the Ford, and came back to complete the sale. He was professional throughout the entire transaction, and we would definitely recommend Sheehy to anyone considering purchasing a Ford. All in all, it was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases we've ever done! More

Not enough to buy a house or car, but enough to get by. For the last few months, I've been walking to work. As things got colder, and things more impractical, it became clear I needed another way to live. So, I decided to lease. This was my first time leasing a car. It's nerve wracking, and stressful. I was wary from the get go because (from everything I've heard about car dealerships) they try to sell you on bigger and better deals. Kate didn't do that. She gave me a price, up front, that was within my budget. I kept thinking, throughout the process, "Okay .. where's the hidden fees? Where's the catch?" They met me halfway and stuck to their price the entire way through. What's more, she gave me time to mull it over where needed. I still can't believe it. There's a car I'm paying for with my own elbow grease, sitting outside my apartment right now, that I can actually afford. Give this dealership a shot (and ask for Kate!). I think you'll be as surprised as I am. More
