We bought two cars with Myrtena within the past 6 months! My husband and I are Ford people, bought only Ford cars for the past 15 years or so and it looks like we'll continue this tradition. We looked at Jeep, we looked at Mazda, but every time we found the best deal at Ford. We kept our Ford Escape 2008 (~125k miles) and Taurus 2007 (~100k miles) for 9 years each, they did their job very well. And now we each bought a Ford Escape 2017, one in August, one now in December. Really nice cars, I hope we'll have them for as many years as the previous ones. We had a great experience at the Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, we bought both cars with Myrtena and she's been so nice, always very responsive, answering promptly our emails, being available on Sundays afternoons for us. She made us feel very comfortable with our decision for such an important expense and has been able to come up with very good deals each time. Thank you, Myrtena! More

Really, could there be a worse experience than dealing with them? HOWEVER, this is not a negative review, in fact it’s the opposite…I could not be more happy, and I wanted to be sure everyone heard about it! Of all the times, over the past 24 years that I’ve dealt with a salesperson, my most recent experience proved to be the absolute best. I’ve heard words like no-hassle, fair price, superior customer service, and so on, but honestly of all the experiences I’ve had to-date purchasing a vehicle, none have been pleasant…until now. Where did I go, who did I work with? Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, MD…the salesman, Afshin (AJ) Javadi. AJ personifies what superior customer service means. I tend to buy all different brands and types of cars/trucks…and if I could be given one wish to come true, it’d be that I could have AJ as my salesman in EVERY deal I do from now until the last vehicle I buy…yes, he’s that’s pleasant! I really could not have asked for a better experience. I will give some credit to Sheehy Ford, as they had great deals, but I have to give the vast majority of the credit, of this excellent truck buying experience, to AJ…had he been a typical salesman, I could have gone elsewhere to buy, but he felt like a friend I’d known my whole life, like someone I could trust to have my best interests as his own, and someone that truly cared about my experience. What more could you ask for? Thank you AJ, you made the experience exceptional, and I truly appreciate it. I really hope you’re around the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle, because you’re the one I’m coming to! Thank you! More

Love my car! Mike was great! Mike was extremely helpful in finding a used car for myself. He showed me three cars and the third one was the winner.
