Kate Van Arnum came out with a smile, greeted me, talked about what I was looking at, and began putting things in motion. We took a test drive sat down and talked price: it was lowered that day! She was very very patient and took time to explain things to me and metaphorically held my hand through the process. When it was time to work out financing, I went to see Michael (forget his last name) and service didn't drop one bit. Michael was fun and relaxing, which is nice when you start talking big numbers, and very helpful. He answered a lot of my novice car buyer questions with a smile, and never got annoyed. We were pushing 10:30pm by the time we got out of there and no one seemed to be rushing me. Service was OUTSTANDING.
