We were trading up from our Mazda CX5 for more power and some luxury options because we commute to VA for work everyday. We had looked online before contacting the dealership and saw a few models we thought we might like. We called ahead and spoke to Kate Van Arnum, a sales representative. We were ready to come over that night but it was a Friday at 8 pm. Kate said she would have a selection ready for us and she was true to her word. We test drove a very nice Edge first, then the Lincoln. Both drove nice and Kate was very patient with me on my questions about the options I thought I wanted. She told me that it sounded like what I wanted was a Titanium Edge because it came with everything I was asking about. She had one in stock in exactly the color combination I wanted and took us to their back lot to see it. I was concerned that it was getting late and they might need to close but she told us not to worry about the time, she would stay until we were done. The Edge Titanium was awesome and so was Kate's honest service and patience. We bought the Edge that night and completed the sale well after closing. She never pushed us to one vehicle or another but made what turned out to be a great suggestion after learning what was important to both of us. I am much pickier than my spouse and her suggestion satisfied both of us. Additionally, we got an amazing deal on our trade in that was 5 k more than we thought. Kate made this car buying experience the best I have ever been through, She contacted us the following week to see if we had any questions about the vehicle and if we were happy with it. I have bought many cars in my life, but no one has ever done that. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying a new or used car go see this great sales person at Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, MD. I really think it would be worth the drive even if you don't live close by. We love our new Ford Edge Titanium and the level of amazing service we got from Kate VanArnum. Poor Service I had a problem with Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg when I purchased a car for my son. Even though I had a high credit score the Business Manager made I had a problem with Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg when I purchased a car for my son. Even though I had a high credit score the Business Manager made four inquires on my credit history. This caused my credit score to drop 51 points. I was told by Sales Manager David Gray that my score was almost 800, than why was it necessary to make inquire with four credit bureaus? I take my credit very serious and this has never occurred in the past when I purchased a vehicle. Business Manager Joe Evans of Sheehy Ford did contact me regarding this problem, He told me he would look into to it, and get back with me. However to date, I have yet to hear back from anyone at Sheehy Ford. In the mean time I have suffered damage to my credit score. My message, especially if you are a minority, make sure Sheehy Ford or any other dealer only checks your credit once. More than one check will cause your credit score to drop. More

I had just about decided to stay with my old car, when Willy showed me how I could get into a brand 2016 C-Max Energi (electric hybrid) for about the same payment I had been making on my present car. Willy hooked me up! I love my new car, and I'm being environmentally responsible. Willy is a savvy, entertaining salesman, who made what could have been a stressful situation, fun.
