I inquired about a used 2008 Ford Edge I saw on the internet. I went in to see Andre but due to him not being available, he quickly handed me over to Peter. After the test drive, I was pretty much sold on the vechicle. Peter helped me start on the paper work and began car buying process. This process is always time consuming, but Peter and the finance manager were very prompt in completing the transaction as soon as possible. A few different managers came over and thanked me for coming in while I waited for the paper word to be completed on the back end. All in all I was very pleased with my experience. I have gone to Sheehy of Gaithersburg for years, I have even bought two Fords from them. Recently, I was changing the license plates on one of my vehicles when the nuts holding the license plates on stripp even bought two Fords from them. Recently, I was changing the license plates on one of my vehicles when the nuts holding the license plates on stripped. The plate was expiring that day, and I was in a time crunch as well. I went to Sheehy and Kyle (Boorstein) was incredibly helpful removing the plate, replacing the bolts and sending me on my way. From the second I got inside, he made me feel like I was number one priority. This is only one of the many times I have used the service department and Kyle in particular and I will definitely continue to use him in the future. More
