Though walked in with an appointment with the sales team, they did not keep up and had to just waste 2 hrs to sit with someone finally. 3. The used car sales manager was very cocky with VERY POOR customer service and had a attitude to carry around. While a couple of sales guy (Mike) were OK there was one Mgr (NOT Steve) who made me to not spend any more time there with his "high-almighty attitude" I would not walk-in again and waste my time. I ended up with 1000's of $ cheaper and a better Trim. I was glad that I did not buy from these folks. More
