Michael Engelmann helped me with a new car sale. He seemed to really be interested in the cars he was selling which made the process fun. He even pulled an iPod out of his pocket and went through all of the capabilities of the Sync system. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I left with the car I really wanted (but didn't even know it before I arrived!). I'm very happy that I found Mike and assume that I'm not alone as while I was there, two repeat customers arrived. One just for service but greeted him and another returning for another car. If Mike is still around when I'm ready for my next vehicle (which right now doesn't seem like it will be anytime soon), I'll be looking for him again. More
