Willy was very friendly and humorous. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease with him. Willy knew the car I was interested in very very well, as he owned one himself, which was a good endorsement very comfortable and at ease with him. He was persistent, but not overly so and seemed genuinely interested in getting me a good price, instead of making a deal for himself. I had a good experience and would recommend this dealership to others. My only complaint is not with Willy, but that the wait time was much too long to speak to the finance person, Tommy, after the price was negotiated. Since he was dealing with another customer at the time, and there was only one finance person, I guess that couldn't be helped, but it was a very long wait. More

I bought my 2011 Ford Mustang Premium Coupe from this dealership just recently and I am very happy with how these guys treated me. I walked in the dealership during lunch time and roughly an hour and a half later drove out with my new car. That's how fast the service is. And no misleading negotiations or annoying price haggling. I absolutely love my car. Came back the next day and realized that I have some minor issues with my power seat and they took care of me. Days after I realized that I don't have a spare tire at the back of my trunk, contacted them and they took care of me. Apparently 2011's mustang doesn't come with spare tire but a tire repair kit and they ordered that for me. This could have been a stressful experience for a car buyer however, their after sale service is top notch and they stand to their word. They take care of their customers and I think every dealer in the area should follow their example. Hey it's your money and its your decision. My point is if you are going to spend that much, spend it wisely. Sometimes getting the car cheap doesn't always mean you got a good deal. It's really about customer service. More
