We purchased a used Lexus SUV from Sheehy Ford. Within 5 weeks, the transmission failed as diagnosed by another Sheehy dealership and the cost to repair was $9500. Sheehy Ford refused to offer any Within 5 weeks, the transmission failed as diagnosed by another Sheehy dealership and the cost to repair was $9500. Sheehy Ford refused to offer any concession nor would they offer to work with us in any way as it was beyond their 30 day “warranty” by 5 days. The fact that the car was parked and not driven for the last two of the five weeks was irrelevant to them. Instead their manager stated, “you should have bought an extended warranty.” I would never buy a car from this dealer again as they have shown me they do not stand behind their product. More
