Outstanding service. I am new in this area moved recently from out of state. Brought my Ford Explorer for body repair damage due to accident on passenger side, also a rear hit by another driver at a stop sig from out of state. Brought my Ford Explorer for body repair damage due to accident on passenger side, also a rear hit by another driver at a stop sign (that had different insurance company then my insurance company). Ms. Erica Berti was my lead contact in collision repair. Ms. Berti had to handle a complex situation when my insurance company settle claim with other company (that driver hit from behind). Ms. Berti did an outstanding hard work with paper work beyond my imagination and got my explorer fixed to the best. Most importantly, Ms. Berti was so punctual, and kept me updated of the progress regularly via email, phone call, in spite of her busy schedule. Also each interaction with Ms. Berti was very pleasant, and professional with always a smile regardless of how busy she was. I did personally thanked her, and the Management team at Sheehy Ford for outstanding job. I'm very proud of Ms. Erica Berti, and the rest of the collision team, and I felt so pleased and wanted to thank the team, so I dropped some chocolates for the collision team. She also coordinated with rental company to pick my rental vehicle from dealership. I highly recommend Sheehy Ford for any repair, and Service (That I had got done before the collision repair). Thanks again to Sheehy Ford team. Krishna Srivastava (Kris), Nov-05-2021. More
Mike Zellar was a pleasure to work with and helped make an order/delivery process filled with uncertainties resulting from supply chain issues and other pandemic-related constraints as transparent as possi an order/delivery process filled with uncertainties resulting from supply chain issues and other pandemic-related constraints as transparent as possible. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car--from start to finish. I worked with Armick Megerditchian and Clay O'Neill as part of the process and they were both incredibly purchasing a new car--from start to finish. I worked with Armick Megerditchian and Clay O'Neill as part of the process and they were both incredibly responsive, helpful--and most importantly, straightforward. I am originally from the Detroit area and my family has been involved at Ford/automotive industry for generations. I think we've all had those negative experiences with overly assertive salespeople before and that's why it was so refreshing to have had such a positive one. Will definitely go back to Sheehy for future car purchases and recommend them to others. More
I've been coming here for years, and it looks like I'm going to need to find another shop to service my Ford vehicles. The following just happened, and I am somewhat in shock. I brought in our Ford Exp going to need to find another shop to service my Ford vehicles. The following just happened, and I am somewhat in shock. I brought in our Ford Explorer in for an oil change at 50,000 miles, and the service advisor wanted me to pre-approve both the brake fluid and coolant change "just in case" it was needed. I declined or pre-approve and didn't think much about it. A little while later he calls me to inform me that the mechanic was recommending both be changed, and he gave me detailed descriptions of the fluid including the color and smell to make it sound like it was really bad. Again I declined mostly because I figured 100,000 mile fluid couldn't be THAT bad at 50,000 miles, so I could wait at least a little longer, and I wanted to see the fluid for myself. Well, I finally got around to checking the fluid myself and am in shock. Both the coolant and brake fluid are in great condition. I mean, they are not even close to needing to be replaced. The brake fluid is a very light shade of yellow and the coolant is a bright orange with no bad smell at all. They are basically like brand new! Nothing is discolored or brown and nothing has the 'burned' smell that the advisor conveyed to me. Recommending a service that isn't needed is one thing. Lying in order to convince me its needed crosses a line I can't get over. I spoke with the service manager today and he says he is going to talk with this particular service advisor. However, I just don't trust this place anymore so will be going somewhere else from now on. More
