I would rate this dealer lower than 2, but want to first give credit to Ndu our sales rep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He truly tried to make it worked for us but at the end, management just ki give credit to Ndu our sales rep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He truly tried to make it worked for us but at the end, management just killed it. Before I go on to details, I want to give advice. Look at TrueCar first before doing any shopping or contacting a dealer. It will save time going back and forth during negotiations and it will save you from dealer trying to get as much money from you! I am writing this negative review exclusively because of a manager name Greg. Save yourself a trouble and go buy somewhere else!!! Long story short, we were offered 2K above MSRP + 4K trade-in for an F150. We walked away that same day. Then came across from TrueCar that provided us $100 less than MSRP, which was a lot better than the “final” offer that we originally got…over 2k less! Contacted our sales rep and said it will be honored (dealer actually have contract with TrueCar - they have to!). When we returned to the dealer, they changed the trade-in price simply because they had to honor the TrueCar offer!!! Yes, sh*tty! Trying to get as much from you as they can when they already got the car at invoice price and they are going to make more money from your trade-in! There are other honest nice dealer out there, spend time looking for one. Don’t spend your money with dealers who are not there to help you, at the end you want to make sure you are getting as much for your money. More
