We did as much as we could via these methods and Andre was amazing walking me through all of my options. We agreed on a specific day and time which unfortunately, I was unable to meet due to a death in the family. Andre did not "hound" me and said not only did he understand but gave his condolences to me and my family. We finally connected and everything was great. Even though I have bought ELEVEN vehicles from Sheehy, Andre still walked me through everything. I was upfront about what I wanted as far as a vehicle, the package, pricing, down payment, etc. As we waited to go to finance, Andre sat with us. He discussed our family, his family and we joked. It was nice to find a "connection" and Andre made us feel like "family." We moved on to finance and asked to see Jason Klickna because he had just done the financing on our Daughter's vehicle a few months ago. Jason was so kind and professional as well. He came out to greet us and went over everything we wanted in the loan. He was very clear and explained everything to us. We were not happy with the payment and said we couldn't commit at that time. Jason said he really wanted to work with us and would do all he could to get us where we wanted & needed to be financially. In comes Corey Ray. He asked what he could do to help us get in this vehicle we so badly needed and wanted. We told him what we could afford, what we could put down and what we expected our payments to be. Corey went above and beyond to help us. We now have the vehicle we wanted, the price we wanted, the options we wanted and could not be happier.
