We dealt with Mehdi Norouzi he was unattentive to our needs. Specifically asked for the tint to remain on the windows and he assured us it was staying on.He even made a few trips to the service departmen needs. We looked at the vehicle on a Friday night before closing and I said I wanted it and made an appointment to be back the next morning at 11am..at 9am he was calling me telling me I needed to get there now if I wanted to buy the truck because they had someone else coming in at 11am and they would sell it if I wasn't there first...I was so mad I talked to the used sales manager and was told oh well somebody was going to be upset and I informed him I had been there last night and the reason I didn't finalize the deal then is because the vehicle wasn't even inspected and ready to go. So as it stood I got there at 10am and we didn't take delivery until 4pm and the salesman was nowhere around the guy that filled it up with gas was the final...terrible experience..however Jason Klickna went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed on the pricing and financing More
