After searching for a new Ford Mustang at a reasonable price for weeks, I finally stumbled on a great offer online by Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg. So I drove an hour to Gaithersburg and when I got there, price for weeks, I finally stumbled on a great offer online by Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg. So I drove an hour to Gaithersburg and when I got there, there was a discrepancy between the price I saw on cars.com and the price on Sheehy’s site. Kevinth and the manager worked with me and honored the cars.com price, which was a $1000 less. Additionally, Kevinth made sure a recall issue was rectified prior to delivering the Car to me. He also synchronized my phone with the car and explained how to use some of the features. The only issue I had was when I went to pick up car, it had scratch on the driver’s side door, which I immediately pointed out to Kevinth and he promised to get it taken care of. Overall, I had a great experience at Sheehy. I will be taking my Mustang back to get leather seats installed as well as scratch fixed. More

I dealt with Steve Capp the service manager, Ericka Berti the body shop estimator and Kevin Speicher, the body man and I definitely would recommend this body shop for anyone else out there who needs work done. They were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday and it was ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon. The turnaround time was quick, the new bumper looked great and the price was right as I was paying for it out of pocket not with insurance and cosmetic work like that is usually very expensive but the price was right. The staff was wonderful and they helped get me a great deal on the work and they really know what they are doing. I hope this helps out anyone searching for a great dealership to have their vehicles serviced. Very pleased with the work and staff at Sheehy Gaithersburg. More

Worst Customer service ever would never buy a vehicle from the again. Sales person did not review anything on the vehicle with us, they changes our pricing around from what was agreed upon, had to make s from the again. Would never go back!!! Price and trade was the best we found but not worth all the hassle never had this much issue buying a vehicle. More
