I vowed to never let myself go through that type of experience again. Fortunately, this time around I found Andre Hammond and the good people of Sheehy Ford Lincoln. After submitting my information online, Andre reached out to me promptly and we started our dialog. It's difficult in Covid times to do things face-to-face the way I normally would, but Andre and I were able to work through the buying and trading process, without him pressuring me to come in for a test drive before he would talk to me, something I have dealt with with other dealers in the past. Once I did come in to test drive and finalize my purchase, everything went smoothly. The friendly finance team even allowed me to finalize paperwork remotely so that I could avoid spending too much time at the dealership. All in all a great experience.
