This is the only Ford dealership around me so I purchased my vehicle from there and occasionally get serviced there. I was recently there for a software update. Also after paying $150, it didn’t even resolve my issue so needless to say I was pretty disappointed with the service I received. More

I go there for the maintenance of my Explorer 2019. I was told that my brake were done and absolutely needed to be replaced. As soon as I said ok, no problem this is all covered by my maintenance plan I was told that my brake were done and absolutely needed to be replaced. As soon as I said ok, no problem this is all covered by my maintenance plan (all brakes part including rotors, plan purchased in Canada but also valid in US), suddenly my brakes were not that bad anymore and still good to be replaced later!!! A miracle!!! This is the second time in 4 years they try that with me. Other than that....good service. More
