I have bought many cars in the past both new and used. My experience today at Sheehy Ford was a very pleasureable happening. I had e-mailed David Carter and inquired about a new Ford Fiesta. David very promptly followed up with me and we set an appointment to view the car. He warmly greeted me when I entered the dealership and also got me a bottle of cold water. We looked at the Fiesta and he explained in detail the mechanics of the car as well as the features and options. I did not test drive the car as I had done that at a competitive dealer and I might add that salesman has not contacted me since. The competiton had 1 Fiesta on the lot and claimed they were getting some in a couple of weeks. Never heard back so I "surfed" the internet for dealers and Sheehy had the best inventory. Warrenton is appx 45 minutes from my home but I felt confident that I would be treated fairly. David made me feel special and that he appreciated my business. I was treated like a valued customer and will refer all my friends to David if they are in the market for a vehicle.
