All and all friendly and prompt. My only question is why ,do I have to pay personal property on a vehicle I lease and do not own?If I rented a house I wouldn't pay personal property. I like the truck I lease and have asked about a noise I hear but have been told they can't find it. I also mentioned about the way the transmission shifts abruptly and was told they have other complaints as well but nothing can be done about it.When accelerating the motor acts sluggish then engages at times, this also I was told was the nature of the beast. My first oil change was at 3000 but than it was changed to 6000.Sales reps. very friendly and courteous. More
Horrible place, don't believe anything they tell you! Used bait and switch tactic, after doing paperwork claimed they sold me "wrong car" and made me pay $1,000 more than price quoted, misrepresented cond Used bait and switch tactic, after doing paperwork claimed they sold me "wrong car" and made me pay $1,000 more than price quoted, misrepresented condition of car claiming it was purchased new from them and serviced regularly for 4 years with NO problems, hid service records never reporting anything to CARFAX, car broke down 8 days after purchase and then flooded 2 weeks later, refused to take car back, GSM claimed no previous water problems, then owner says less than a year ago car had the same water leak and they repaired it, GSM said he would put me in another car but then wouldn't, they had car in their shop for a week and sent me email saying it was ready to pick up, carpet clean, dry and new headliner installed, lied about repairs done, carpet was dirty, soaking wet and no new headliner! Refused to give me proof or receipt when GSM claimed they spent $1,500 on repairs, ordered me off property! Photographs and videos prove they did nothing and I had to file claim with my insurance company to get repairs done. Purchased car 8/28/16 and so far it has been in the shop 25 days out of 50 and still there getting repairs done that Ultimate Buick GMC Subaru said they did. In the week Ultimate had the car in their service department the only thing they did to dry the carpet was put the heat on high and burn up all my gas! They didn't even remove the floor mats or vacuum the water out! Why do the sunroof drain tubes come apart twice in less than a year on a vehicle with 41,000 miles? Ultimate Buick GMC Subaru claims they fixed it the first time and it happens again; says a lot about their service department and how they do business! This place is awful and a CARFAX report is only worth the paper it is printed on! Any dealership is better than trusting these people at Ultimate! More

Poor service Took car in to be appraised was told they would give a certain amount. I went back to sell vehicle 3 days later an they refused to buy vehicle. Barely acknowledged my trade in breakdown page that was signed. They later refused to buy my vehicle. i would NEVER recommended this dealer or its employees. I am a disabled vet an on a set Income. I financed another car for a certain amount because this dealer told me they would buy my car for an amount an because they did not stick by there word it caused my family severe set backs. More
Perfect I had this car in mind and walked out happy. A day later there was no spare and and an issue with the front rotors wobbling. Being used the deale I had this car in mind and walked out happy. Being used the dealer had no obligation however the spare tire and rotors were handled with the same professional and top notch regard as is if it was new. I will come back again and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Service was great, I'm going back for any future needs I had a issue with a GMC Savana that the two service consultants looked at, figured out what it probably was and even though I didn't have a appointme I had a issue with a GMC Savana that the two service consultants looked at, figured out what it probably was and even though I didn't have a appointment they figured out how to squeeze me in and get my work van back on the road in just a few hours. However your sales person who was very professional told me that it could not be sold at the advertised price. Shouldn’t they honor the price that listed for truck at even if it is a mistake on your part or offer some type of deal? I was ready to get in my car and make the drive to pick up the truck yesterday. I see that you have since listed the price at 34,956 however couldn’t that be considered false advertisement. I could understand if it was a typo where the 2 was inserted vice the 3. I have fat fingers and hit the wrong key often however its normally one key over that is pressed. we are talking a 1 vice 3. I’m just not happy and not sure if I would ever shop at this location. However I did own an Enclave and I did have similar issues with that Buick dealership so now I am wondering if this is a GM thing and I need to get rid of my current GM product. More

He even offered to call me when a Terrain Denali arrived on the lot. When I arrived for a test drive the following weekend, Dee was there to assist….and thank goodness he was! He was able to advise as to which model and package would best meet the requirements I articulated…not the vehicle/package he wanted to sell. My final decision was the 2015 Acadia. To help out, he introduced us to the Finance Wiz, Eric, so we'd have numbers to work with. Not only did Eric provide quick service, but when I called to finalize the deal with my own financing plan, the Dream Team only wanted a chance to beat my rate….and they did!!! When we showed up to close, he told us he only needed ~10 min to complete the paperwork……it was a little over 10 mins but only by about 3-4 mins!!! Very satisfied customer, and I will refer all of my Fredericksburg shopping friends to Ultimate Buick GMC!! Thanks guys!! More

Salesman DeAnte was super patient with me and put up with all my old-lady banter. Superviser Eric and finance officer Harry were also great to work with. And, I can't remember ever buying a car and having the salesman sit with me after the purchase to thoroughly explain all the bells and whistles. DeAnte gets double gold stars! More

After having an awful experience at another local dealership, I was thankful for the assistance that both DeAnte (salesman) and Kevin (Finance) offered. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, no talking down about other dealerships, and they did everything to find me a great vehicle and deal. DeAnte is very confident and proud of the product that he sells and rather than hunt me down like a hawk, he was very laid back and friendly and allowed me to enjoy my walk around the lot. If you are in the market for a new Buick or GMC, GO HERE!!! You won't regret it! Valerie More
