My experience with Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly was awesome!! My sales adviser Chris Darlington was top notch. I have been researching and looking for a Toyota Sequoia for a few months. I narrowed my s awesome!! My sales adviser Chris Darlington was top notch. I have been researching and looking for a Toyota Sequoia for a few months. I narrowed my search down to about 4 Sequoias. I live an hour away in Maryland, but I decided to take the drive down to Chantilly, Virginia to test drive them. My first stop was Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. My goal was just to test drive and gather information. Even though this is an Infiniti dealership, Chris was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Sequoia. When I left the dealership, I was very satisfied with the presentation and process. I went to another dealership in the same Chantilly Auto Complex and 2 others in Maryland. I did not realize it at the time, but Chris set the bar very high. My experience at the other 3 dealerships was subpar compared to Chris and Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. The last truck that I brought I had a bad experience, so I was very skeptical this time around and I did not want to make a bad choice. I was going to pick a Sequoia in Maryland until I realized the guy lied about something. I am so glad that I chose to go with Chris and Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. Dave in finance found me the best rate which I really appreciate. I am grateful that I took Chris advice and joined the VIP Club. The excellent customer service was the same at Sheehy Toyota in Laurel. I am 48 years old, and I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. The total process at both Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly and Sheehy Toyota of Laurel was exceptional and my best vehicle purchasing experience!!! More
I just moved to the area and was in the market for a new Q50. Dennis was great to work with, and the extended team seems friendly and helpful as well. I have been eyeballing the brand new 2022 QX55 ever since the news came out that it is coming out. When Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly was having the Pre Launch Exhibit for the 2022 QX55 on March 9 2021, I did the news came out that it is coming out. When Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly was having the Pre Launch Exhibit for the 2022 QX55 on March 9 2021, I didn't miss it. Dennis Dunning, sales consultant, was assigned to me. At the event, I checked out the QX55, and because it is much bigger than the G37x that I currently drive, I was concerned that the QX55 wasn't going to fit in my garage. Dennis suggested that I take the QX50 home to find out, because it is the same size as the QX55. I thought that was thoughtful and a great idea. Fortunately, it "barely" fit. Dennis called me when the QX55s arrived at the dealership, and I test drove one on May 28. Because I was studying for certifications for work, I decided to wait until my last class is done on July 30. Dennis was so patient. He checked in on me and inquired about how my classes were going. He never rushed me into get the car, and I really appreciated that. He always coordinated with me to ensure he will be at work and available when I arrived at the dealership. I went into the dealership on August 8, and mentioned to Dennis that I want a car that hasn't been driven. He checked and informed me that a brand new one is arriving mid-September, and he reserved the car for me without the commitment to buy. I did make a downpayment, but they never ran the charge through. Therefore, I wasn't charged. When the car arrived in mid-September, he called me immediately. I wanted to see the car before I buy it, but I ended up making the purchase, and the entire transaction was virtual. It was so convenient. The entire transaction was fast (as expected since they are selling a car - LOL), and I worked with Dennis, Billy Pelaez (Sales Manager) and Nina Zati (Finance). Billy and Nina were great, too. Dennis offered to give me a ride to the dealership, or help drop off the car at my house. As you might have guessed, my entire car buying experience was great. I love that Dennis was patient, because I don't do well with pushy sales people. Dennis was there for me throughout the entire process, which took 6 months!! Even now, after the transaction is completed, Dennis was still responsive and available to assist me. As for price, unfortunately, with the chip shortage, there is no room for negotiation. I did get an owner loyalty discount for being a repeated customer of Infiniti of Chantilly. More
If you are looking for great, efficient service we recommend you go to Infiniti of Chantilly and you have to go see Dennis. He doesn’t waste time with walking around the lot to if you already know what you’re looking for. He pulls up options on his computer and then will allow you to test drive the ones that are available that you are interested in. He gives great advice and isn’t there to just “sell”. Couldn’t be happier with the all around great service that we receive time and time again. More
