Excellent service - no hassle - quick and easy! On Saturday, I checked online for a safe/reliable car for my daughter who is having a baby. I called and spoke with "Chuck" VanderWall. He provided On Saturday, I checked online for a safe/reliable car for my daughter who is having a baby. I called and spoke with "Chuck" VanderWall. He provided his personal cell-phone number and told me that he will pull the keys and hold the car I'm interested in. When I arrived at the dealership, about an hour later, Chuck was ready for me and he offered me a beverage (hot or cold) He also showed (not just told) me where the bathrooms were located. As promised, he had the keys pulled aside. He drove the car up for me to take a test drive and allowed me to ask questions, while he answered them. In addition, Chuck was very personable..."interested in your story!" Upon return from the test drive, he gave me all the details I needed and allowed me to make a decision without any pressure. Once I agreed on purchasing the vehicle, he talked to the loan officer (David Barwinczak) and worked out all the details. After speaking with the David, my "new" car was detailed, gassed up and ready to go. In all, I spend about 2 hours at the dealership. I would like to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase (without the hassle, wait and pressure) a new or used car! PS: And he has good manners too, thanks to his mother! :) More

Overall, the buying process was probably the easiest I have had with any car purchase. I got them to install a hitch as part of my deal and the part came in quickly. They noticed a nail in my tire (after only 3 days of driving :| ) and fixed it for free. The service guy was really great but I don't remember his name. If I was going to gripe about anything is would be that there are scratches on the hood (looks like from a cat) that they could have buffed out before I bought it. But, that's really the only thing I can think of. More
