The financing process was quick and simple and their service was far and beyond the best I have received in any dealership. I usually buy a new car every 3 yrs as I drive too much to lease. I truly hope to keep this car longer than 3 yrs as it drives smoothly and has many options of comfort, luxury and safety for me and my family. Mack allowed me to drive a car off the lot while waiting for my vehicle to arrive, answered all my questions and even gave me a tutorial on the vehicle the next day as I couldn'5 stay longer the day I bought the vehicle. I have owned a New Infiniti vehicle since 2013 and then purchased a 2nd Infiniti used last year, we were experiencing some difficulty with the car, the dealership really went above and beyond to help us replace this car and get us into a vehicle we feel good about. We decided to Lease the new vehicle and that process was quick and painless. I feel this dealership will be our dealership of choice when we decide to replace the 2013, but my expectation is that that vehicle will be several years older before that day comes. We love our new Infiniti as much as I love my 2013 when I bought it new. We are truly a total Infiniti family. More

Authorized credit check under false pretense I purchase a 2013 Infiniti on November 25, 2016. Since I was out of town, I decided to use my bank to finance this vehicle. There were not any negotia I purchase a 2013 Infiniti on November 25, 2016. Since I was out of town, I decided to use my bank to finance this vehicle. There were not any negotiations on price reductions unless I considered using the dealership financing. I politely declined several times and proceeded with the purchase. I was given a form to fill out and was told it was to prove my identity. I stated once again that I wasn't applying for credit I already had a loan secured. They gave me a whole spill about how they have to confirm my identity, prevent terrorism, etc. and that in no way would this show up on my credit report, it was standard and all dealerships required it. I made it very clear once again that I do not authorize them to run my credit. Of course I was reassure that they wouldn't. A month later, as I am checking my credit report, I noticed a hard inquiry from a finance institution on the day my purchase was made at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. I knew I should have walked away from this purchase upon being ask to fill out that form! I gave permission by signing the form under false pretenses.. A big lesson learned here. I actually enjoyed the process until that form was given to me to fill out. I plan to take this matter further. More

Chuck did an excellent job of meeting all our needs and checking all the boxes from what we wanted in a new vehicle to working hard with his management and finance team to get a deal that worked with our budget. We were so impressed with our first experience, that we decided to get a second vehicle to replace my leased vehicle since the lease was about to expire. So, we went a couple of days later. That is right, we now own a JX35, and a leased QX50 and we cannot be happier!
