I went to take my 23 IS350 for it's 40k service about a week ago. When I bought my car I also bought the maintenance package through the 60k service. When I arrived I was notified that my 40k service was a week ago. When I bought my car I also bought the maintenance package through the 60k service. When I arrived I was notified that my 40k service was already claimed by the warranty administrator or whoever it is that handles that. I was then told we couldnt do the 40k service because of that and that I had to do the 50k service instead. I did not want to do that since it was not my fault that the dealership prematurely claimed the service. The service advisor asked me if i wanted to do the 20k service instead since they never claimed that service. Why am I being punished and missing out on the services that I paid for because someone else claimed them? So should I plan when im supposed to come in for my 45k to actually do the 55k? Im now out 2 services because of this mix up. I just want my car to be serviced per the owners manual. More

Took no time getting the vehicle for a test drive and explained most of the technology features. He then went over the numbers with us along with other options to negotiate such as a vehicle trade which is probably standard, but he also took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had. The sales manager also worked with us a bit before closing the deal with the finance team member, David Kim who explained the process and made the final details and paperwork simple.
