I'm not originally from MD. Our family has owned 4 Lexus cars all purchased from the same dealer (new) back on Long Island. I have serviced my RX at this dealership before moving here when visiting friends cars all purchased from the same dealer (new) back on Long Island. I first met Chris on the internet. We corresponded for several months, about my options, telling him I definitely wanted another RX and it had to be BLUE. He sent me an e-mail saying a 2012 BLUE RX had come in and I went to take a look.When I met Chris "in person"it was a pleasure. The rest is history.I wasn't quite ready to part with my old car and I wanted wheel locks and protective coating put on so I went home. On Monday he brought me a loaner car, all the papers I had to sign,and took my older car back--that made it a little easier for me. He said my new RX would be ready on Wed. and I went to pick it up. He went over all the operating info. etc and did some demonstrations. He gave me phone numbers for any future questions. I would definitely recommend Chris as a salesperson. More
