Henry Fox was a great salesman, he went out of his way to help me. He was very patient and explained everything to me. I went in looking for a first car for my daughter. I saw one I liked but wasn’t sure it was the right one. My sales rep didn’t push me into buying this Lexus. We looked at many other options and in the end, over a week, we decided on that first Lexus I saw (mostly because my daughter loved it on sight). I had some concerns and needed help. I wanted to speak to someone about an issue that I noticed as not normal, so I contacted Miss Amanda Clinton who assisted me with the purchase of my vehicle. Miss Clinton returned my call and I explained my concerns by providing her with an overall time line understanding as to what occurred with my vehicle. Miss Clinton listened and took the time to understand. Miss Clinton then referred me to the appropriate service personnel, Miss Michelle Holdren. Miss Holdren allowed me to go into detail as I had explained to Miss Clinton. After a long detailed conversation, Miss Holdren advised me that she would have to call me back. Miss Holdren returned my call and provided me with a detailed understanding of how to resolve the concerns with my vehicle. My concerns were handled and the services were performed in an outstanding manner. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and its employees. "Too good to be true" is what I've been thinking and that is why I waited a month to write my review, but I'm here to tell you that they are TOO GOOD and it IS TRUE! I HIGHLY recommend Sheehy of Annapolis due for the following reasons: 1. Mr. Henry Fox was the most courteous and responsive sales person I've ever met. I'm a believer that "customer service is not a department but an attitude" and Mr. Fox exudes that mantra. I wanted a new 2011 CT200h and that vehicle is hard to find due to limited quantities. Due to Mr. Fox's diligence, my wait was short and I have the car in the color (in/out) that I desired! We drove over an hour to get the car and were limited on time due to a prior engagement and Mr. Fox understood that. He guaranteed that we would be out of dealership in about an hour and on our way home. He met that promise. That sums up Mr. Fox: he will deliver on all your expectations. 2. No one wants to usually recognize the financing dept, but I do. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was quick with the paperwork and explained anything we had questions on. 3. The Car: Lexus CT200h---LOVE IT! The car delivers on what it promises. I've owned mine for a month now and have not gotten less than 41mpg and my best is 44.5mpg. I commute 20min one-way to work on hwy and around the town otherwise. It handles like a sports car, rides low and smooth on the rodes, and for a hybrid has pep in its step when in 'sports mode'. I consistently get 400 miles on one tank of gas (in ECO mode & I'm not heavy on my take-offs but do ride @ 65-70mph). I LOVE THIS CAR. Finally, dare I say I'm excited about my first routine service so I can go back to Sheehy?--yes, for some reason I can't wait to go back for a visit. If THAT doesn't tell you something, I don't know what does. More

Henry was very courteous and professional. He was knowledgable not only of the differences in the lexus models I was considering but also their prime competitors. He offered a test drive, took my wife and myself on a tour of the dealership and service center - despite it being close to closing and knowing we weren't going to buy that day. I came back about two weeks later and did a test drive. Henry didn't pressure for the sale at all and deal negotiations were minimal with an good offer upfront. Working with financing was also easy and no pressure. Chris Powell showed me everything he was working on, not hiding any information or pressing for an up-sales. He worked quickly, clearly explained everything and had the entire transaction completed quickly. In a few more years when we need our next new car I plan to purchase from Sheehy Lexus (and Henry) again. More
