This is our 3rd lease/purchase from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and it was the easiest one thus far. We keep returning to this dealer because we're either extremely pleased with the deals and service th Annapolis and it was the easiest one thus far. We keep returning to this dealer because we're either extremely pleased with the deals and service they offer....or we're really stupid :-) All kidding aside, we've never had such outstanding service before in the many, many years we have been purchasing and/or leasing vehicles. What makes this dealership so unique, besides incredible employees is their service. We live close to 90 miles away and whenever the vehicle needs service, they send up a driver with at least an equivalent loaner car for the day of service and swap again when they deliver the serviced vehicle....at no charge (except, of course, for the service performed to the car). Each time we purchased our vehicles online with the assistance of several phone calls and did not need to ever visit the dealership. Papers were signed in our home when the car was delivered to our driveway....and Shandrial Hudson even programmed our garage door opener, radio and Bluetooth while here. You just can't beat that....and the price of the vehicle beat all other dealers to which we compared them. Unless we decide to switch the type of vehicle we drive, Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis will always have a dedicated customer. As an aside, employee attitude always flows down from the top and Paul LaRochelle, the General Manager, is absolutely dedicated to the ultimate in customer service.
