When I went to the dealership on March 31, I was intending to have the maintenance service done on my 2004 Lexus ES330. He expertly answered any and all questions we had. When negotiating price and trade in value of our vehicle, he was very accomodating and fair. We agreed on a price and payments that we were very comfortable with. We drove home in our new Lexus that day and couldn't be happier. Even though Chris' job as salesman was done as we had purchased the vehicle, he followed up with courtesy calls to see if there was anything at all we needed or desired. He was adept at the technology built in to the car, and adroitly showed me the facile user interface, and promised a lifetime of continued service from him, personally, even after the deal closed. My subsequent visits there proved he was telling me the truth, as he did throughout our entire buying experience. The dealership is ABSOLUTELY over-flowing with free owner amenities! Their coffee and food service area is always well-stocked and clean, their free wi-fi / internet access is easily accessible, and they offer free computers / laptops for customers to use while they wait in the large waiting area. The service reception area is well-organized, there is a logical flow to the process of arriving and obtaining service, and each customer is treated with the kind of courtesy and respect that left many other auto dealers long ago. I find no condescending attitudes, and no snickering about requests or complaints after a customer has departed. They are a thoroughly professional auto dealer. More
