Chris Martin is a joy! I had the pleasure of meeting him when I came in for a scheduled Oil Change & service and before the end of the afternoon, I traded my 2007 GX470 in for a 2011 GX460. This is the 2nd Lexus, that I've purchased from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I Love the Lexus brand and I feel welcome, when I come in for service. Dan Polgreen was a great sales person to work with. I had just started my journey looking for a different vehicle and wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. I happened to come across a 2010 Lexus RX 350 at the Lexus of Annapolis dealership that matched the vehicle I was looking for. I contacted the dealership on a Friday around 8pm about the vehicle and ma Lexus of Annapolis dealership that matched the vehicle I was looking for. I contacted the dealership on a Friday around 8pm about the vehicle and made an offer. Within the hour I was contacted by Shandrial Hudson. Shandrial informed me that the sales manager was no longer there, but she would direct my e-mail to his attention and get back to me around 9am that Saturday. At 9am exactly on that Saturday morning, Shandrial called to give me the dealership's best offer. That Wednesday, I traveled from PA to the dealership in MD to check out the vehicle. This was my first visit to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was given a very formal greeting and the hospitality was fantastic. We were offered coffee, water, snacks, etc. I was offered a test drive which I did accept. The vehicle matched the description Shandrial had provided me over the phone that Saturday. I came back from the test drive and was offered a somewhat better price on the vehicle. However, my only complaint was that at another Lexus dealership in PA I was offered $1000 more for my trade than what I was offered here. The Kelly Blue Book value was also $1000 more than what the dealership gave me for my trade. This issue was reconciled when the business manager, after 15 minutes of contemplation, decided to lower the price of the vehicle to compensate for the loss on the trade in value. All transfers for this vehicle were done seemlessly and very timely. I thought buying a vehicle from MD would cause headaches for transfers but everything was done promptly and correctly. After ten years of enjoying my Lexus RX 300, it was time for a new car. This was a big deal for me, so it was important to have a good experience. Although it was really hard to part with my beloved RX 300 in which I carted my children around for so long (car talks are the best!), it has been so exciting to drive a new red convertible Lexus IS 250C.
