I visited 3 other Lexus dealerships in my area (Towson, Owings Mills and Silver Springs) and even made inquiries outside my area (Chantilly VA, Rockville MD, and Wilmington dealerships in my area (Towson, Owings Mills and Silver Springs) and even made inquiries outside my area (Chantilly VA, Rockville MD, and Wilmington DE) before finally deciding to do business with Chris List on purchasing my new Lexus CT. Unlike the other dealerships Chris was never pushy and was honest from the start. Chris and I went back and forth several times over email then over the phone while i was still deciding whether to actually buy the car and all the way till the end (when i finally did decide to make the purchase), Chris was patient and understanding. He made accommodations when i voiced my concern over some of the vehicle options and he clearly went out his way to give me a fair price. This guy really was looking out for my best interest. During the paperwork, he walked me around the building and showed me where the service center was located and what their protocol was, and even introduced me to one of the service technicians. I went into this dealer to look at the RX450h. I have never owned a Lexus and honestly wasn't very impressed in passed years. Sheehy really bent over backwords to earn my business, by being courteous, w never owned a Lexus and honestly wasn't very impressed in passed years. After owning the Acura for less than a year I decided that I really missed the Sheehy Lexus experience so I traded it for a 2011 ES 350. The trade-in value was fair and the price on the new Lexus was also fair. My Sales Consultant (Kelly Hollis) and Business Manager (Chris Willis) were both phenomenal but what really brought me back was the service department (Joe Peacock). I have never experienced a better place to get my car serviced.The experience at this dealership is unmatched by anyone that I have ever purchased a car from and I have purchased cars from Dover DE to Mildenhall England (both sides of the Atlantic). I am rating Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis "Great" in every category, including my overall experience because in particular Erick Morris is a man of his word. Prior to going to Sheehy, my experiences with other Lexus dalers were lesss than Fair. They showed very little or no interest in trying to sell me a car and the follow up services were very poor. I met Mr. Morris at the Baltimore Auto Show, and he spent a good amount of time answering all of my questions regarding the vehicle I was interested in. He was very patient, despite the number of interested parties waiting to speak with him. He explained Sheehy's customer service policies (e.g., Sheehy will bring a car to your home when you need the comprehensive service done to your vehicle up to 3 hours each way.) and promised that if I visited his dealership in Annapolis that it would be worth the visit. More importantly, he promised to follow up with me the next business day and he did. This may sould like a small deal, but based on my previous experiences with other Lexus dealers in the area, this meant a lot to me and my family. I am highly recommending Sheehy of Annapolis and Erick Morris if you are in the market to buy a previously owned or new Lexus. If you are serious about buying a Lexus, I believe visiting Sheey is worth the trip no matter where you live. More
