Sure, there are other SUV's to consider, but I return to Sheehy for three I have just purchased my fourth Lexus RX350 from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Sure, there are other SUV's to consider, but I return to Sheehy for three reasons. First, Sheehy has the BEST reputation for service and it's true - they are professional and treat their customers, both male and female, with utmost respect. Second, the RX350 is a pleasure to drive and is problem-free, unlike other luxury models I have had the displeasure of driving. Finally, Sheehy's sales staff, in particular, Richard Lunz, made my purchasing experience virtually painless. Mr. Lunz is the most professional and respectful sales person I have known and I will return to him for my fifth Lexus purchase. More

Before visiting the dealership, I did a lot research about DC Metropolitan Area dealers and found that Sheehy Lexus was rated an "elite" dealer Lexus Before visiting the dealership, I did a lot research about DC Metropolitan Area dealers and found that Sheehy Lexus was rated an "elite" dealer Lexus headquarters. Given this rating, I decided to visit the dealership to search for a new vehicle. My sales consultant (Chris Martin), was very attentive and thoroughly explained the differences between the models and options. Additionally, his knowledge of the Lexus brand was excellent, and he took a lot of time to help me find the right vehicle. Ultimately, I settled on purchasing a ES 350 with the Ultra Luxury package and couldn't be happier! The price of the car was fair and the extra perks (i.e. pick-up and delivery at your home or office for service) was a great selling feature. As a busy professional, having the option of service pick-up will ultimately save time and money. Another point that I'll mention is the entire staff (from the technicians to the managers) were very friendly and personable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Sheehy Lexus due to their superior customer service! More
