Before visiting the dealership, I did a lot research about DC Metropolitan Area dealers and found that Sheehy Lexus was rated an "elite" dealer Lexus Before visiting the dealership, I did a lot research about DC Metropolitan Area dealers and found that Sheehy Lexus was rated an "elite" dealer Lexus headquarters. Given this rating, I decided to visit the dealership to search for a new vehicle. My sales consultant (Chris Martin), was very attentive and thoroughly explained the differences between the models and options. Additionally, his knowledge of the Lexus brand was excellent, and he took a lot of time to help me find the right vehicle. Ultimately, I settled on purchasing a ES 350 with the Ultra Luxury package and couldn't be happier! The price of the car was fair and the extra perks (i.e. pick-up and delivery at your home or office for service) was a great selling feature. As a busy professional, having the option of service pick-up will ultimately save time and money. Another point that I'll mention is the entire staff (from the technicians to the managers) were very friendly and personable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Sheehy Lexus due to their superior customer service! More

I wouldn't buy or lease a car anywhere else Since 1991, I have bought or leased over a dozen new cars from Lexus of Annapolis, for myself and my wife. In every instance, the experience exceeded that of any previous car purchase. In addition to the top notch service, all employees, from the Mangers to the kid who washes the car are friendly, courteous and efficient and the work is always done right. Plus I love the cars. But I want to bring special attention to the young lady who handled my last lease, Shandrial Hudson. Why? Because she went above and beyond the otherwise excellent service I have come to expect from Lexus of Annapolis. For instance, we all know what a hassle it can be to have to transition from one car to the next - the parking and other stickers have to be transferred; radio and other presets reset; storage spaces cleared out and the stuff transferred to the new car, etc. While I was signing paperwork, which was a breeze, Shandrial had accomplished all of those change-overs. She had even discerned through subtle small talk or seeing my storage of CD's what types of music and other media I preferred, and had the radio pre-programmed for my preferences! I was VERY pleasantly surprised. I hope she goes far in her career, because she has what it takes to succeed and make the customer feel special. More

First of all, the vehicle was the best around for my specific interest. I've owned 4 other 5-series BMWs and Sheehy deserves credit for presenting a vehicle in such great condition and with such low mileage. The car is phenomenal. Then came the service. Julius is the consummate professional - very knowledgeable, conscientious and helpful. No matter how small the concern, Julius was attentive and went out of his way to address it. This made for an extremely satisfying buying experience. My wife will soon be on the market for a new vehicle and our first option will be allowing Julius to service our needs. What a class act.
