First of all, the vehicle was the best around for my specific interest. I've owned 4 other 5-series BMWs and Sheehy deserves credit for presenting a vehicle in such great condition and with such low mileage. The car is phenomenal. Then came the service. Julius is the consummate professional - very knowledgeable, conscientious and helpful. No matter how small the concern, Julius was attentive and went out of his way to address it. This made for an extremely satisfying buying experience. My wife will soon be on the market for a new vehicle and our first option will be allowing Julius to service our needs. What a class act. More

Excellent experience! I was driving a 19 year old Lexus ES with 193,000 miles on it. Although it was still running well, and I was very fond of it, I had been surfing the I was driving a 19 year old Lexus ES with 193,000 miles on it. Although it was still running well, and I was very fond of it, I had been surfing the Lexus dealers' in Baltimore and Annapolis looking for the perfect replacement car. I thought I had found it at a different dealership, but the experience of buying the car was so painful and unexplained costs showed up on the bill of sale that I decided that I could not buy from that dealership. I had an entirely different experience at Sheehy Lexus. I found my perfect car and my perfect dealership and that is where I was introduced to Shandrial Hudson - the perfect sales person. I called and asked if the Lexus ES I saw on the internet was a smoker's car. Shandrial said, "I don't know. I will grab the keys and go sit in it. I will call you back in a few minutes." And she did. I told her I couldn't get to the dealership until after work. She, of course, could not hold the car but she did hold onto the keys and had the car ready for my test-drive when I arrived around 5:00. She explained the features and answered all questions I had. The car was so clean and beautiful. It had a little nick in the paint and she contacted Shawn of Jeff's Body Shop to touch-up the car while we were doing paperwork. Shandrial is friendly, warm, and professional. It was a joy doing business with her. I highly recommend asking for Shandrial Hudson for a excellent experience in car buying. I also want to mention that Michele Mitchell was excellent to deal with while financing my car. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly and answered all my questions. Our process began when we received a letter indicating a high trade in value for our used vehicle, so we immediately attempted to contact the sales manager. After three attempts to reach him, we asked to be transferred to another individual in sales, and were transferred to Johnny Salinas. Johnny's service was fantastic. From the first time we spoke on the phone, I was treated professionally in accordance with my wishes. I am not a fan of extensive negotiation, and asked Johnny to provide a fair price at the onset in recognition of that fact, which was a strong selling point when we bought our original car in 2013. He accommodated our scheduling needs (we drive a long distance from Southern Md), and quickly agreed to move forward our visit upon request when our personal schedule changed. We wanted a particular exterior/interior combination, and had a short period of extreme disappointment when Johnny called and informed us that the vehicle was sold on the way down to the basement (lower level) for our inspection - first come, first served. We decided to go to the dealer anyway due to the long drive to look at the other vehicles in order to make an informed decision about waiting to order the vehicle that we wanted (when I called to inform Johnny that we were going to come anyway, he had already been looking for replacement vehicles within a 500 mile radius without being asked). When we arrived, it turned out that the other buyer was not going to be there until later that evening, so Johnny took all the time we needed showing us the vehicle's features and walking us through the trade-in process. We did not receive as much for our trade-in as we expected based on the initial letter we received from Sheehy and our research due the car's high miles, but it was reasonable. Throughout the process, Johnny was the consummate professional as I would expect from one of our country's great servicemen and servicewomen. Johnny, thank you for your service, I deeply apologize for not saying this personally while there. We highly recommend Johnny to you. We even had a little bit of time to share about our families.
