We did our homework on all of the Crossover options out there and realized the Lexus RX350 was the one for us. I emailed Sheehy of Annapolis and had an immediate response from Johnny Salinas. We corresponded over email for a few days and I appreciated the fact that he was not the typical car salesman that tried to call my cell phone constantly. He provided me with the information I needed and allowed me the time to respond back to him. Our entire experience with Johnny and the Sheehy team was outstanding. Upon one visit, when Johnny was not available, I had the pleasure of Edward Jackson taking me on another test drive. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel I was taking too much of his time. Once we decided to purchase an exact vehicle, we communicated with Chris Powell, the Finance Manager. As with every other employee, he was extremely knowledgeable and researched the best financing option to fit our needs. The Sheehy buying experience is what a car buying experience should be. And, due to the vast amount of miles I drive annually, I’ve already had my RX in for two scheduled maintenance services. In both instances the service was by far exceptional. I was coming to the end of the lease on my 2011 RX350 and wanted to investigate my options. I was interested in the CT200, but needed convincing that the reduced size would not pose problems for a septuagena wanted to investigate my options. He patiently laid out my options from turning the RX350 in and walking away, to leasing another RX350, to leasing the CT. And we were especially impressed by the customer service we received from our sales agent Johnny Salinas. Johnny was exceptionally knowledgeable regarding Lexus (and other luxury car brands), and I appreciated the fact that he did not try to "sell" me a car. Granted, I went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, but there was never any pressure placed on the sale of that (or any other) vehicle. The entire process was very relaxed, and in fact, it was a lot of fun for all three of us. Prior to this purchase, I test drove several Lexus models at other dealerships in the Hampton Roads area where I live. And after visiting Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis, it's no wonder to me that they are ranked #1 in the nation for their customer service. I will definitely be purchasing my next Lexus from Sheehy, and my girlfriends hope to do the same in the future. More

I trust Ralph's expertise and know that he'll never steer me wrong when it's time for my car to be serviced. He always tells me exactly what will be done and the cost before my car arrives. If for some reason my car needs additional TLC (very rare) he calls immediately with an update and explains in full detail. He's patient, kind, and always pleasant to work with...The porters are always on time for the pick up and delivery service of my car and best part, they'll even come to my job.
