As a 50 year old man I have purchased a lot of cars over the years but I can comfortably say that I never had a better experience than the one I just had with Mike Bowen and Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. My wife and I visited the dealership 4 times as we shopped various makes/models. Mike was always willing to be helpful and never pressured us to make a decision because he knew we were not ready. On our 3rd visit, he made 4 trips to the remote car lot to show us various color combinations and took us on 2 test drives. His knowledge of the product was outstanding and his customer care skills are equally impressive. On our 4th and final visit we bought a 2014 ES350 that we absolutely love! We kept him after his scheduled time to leave but he never made us fell rushed. Even though he had explain the many features of the car during the test drives he sat in our new car with us for 15 minutes helping us work through the navigation and infotainment screens so we felt comfortable with the use of the system. I look forward to visiting this beautiful dealership for my free car washes and scheduled maintenance as they really go out of their way to make their customers feel special. I knew the car that I wanted and the price point that I was able to afford. I had three manufacturers that I was considering but I didn't need to go any farther after stopping here. As a previous owner of an RX300 which had over 400K miles and an RX330 that had over 248K before being destroyed in a crash where no one was hurt. It was a no brainer to consider the RX350 because of my past experiences. It came down to vehicle availability and the price point. Mike had the model I wanted at the right price and it was an easy decision. The car presented well, the sales process from start to finish was very professional and we didn't have to play any of the games that normally happen when dealing with their competition. Mike new his product, the sales process and I was in and out of there in short amount of time. I would recommend both Mike and Lexus of Annapolis as a person and a place where you want to do business. I am sure I will be back to buy a 4th Lexus when the time comes. More
