He conveyed our price and purchase considerations to the sales manager and we ended up with a car that we wanted, a relatively favorable trade-in and a purchase package that we were comfortable with. He stayed with us throughout the entire purchase experience and was still at our side as we transferred our belongings to our new car and got ready to drive away.
