Chris List was my sales person. He called me several times but was not pushy. He gave me the best offer and beat the other dealers by $200.00. This is my 3rd or 4th Lexus, so I thought I was fairly familiar with the product. But when I visited Chris a few weeks ago in response to some mail I had received from Lexus of Annapolis (advertisement) familiar with the product. In a very low key way, but very professionally done, Chris explained all the new features and compared them to the features I currently had on my 2009 model. Along with this sales pitch, Chris left me with some financial information for me to check out at home. It didn't take me long to realize that what Chris was offering was a really great deal. So I took it! Had I been pressured by a salesperson, I don't think I would have been interested. What Chris did was just explain the facts of the model, and the financing in such a way that I could understand it, giving me the opportunity to make up my own mind in a leisurely fashion. That's the way I like to shop and Chris provided me with the perfect opportunity. I am more than happy to refer people to Lexus of Annapolis, and especially to Chris. I could have not asked for a better car buying experience. This is my second Lexus ES; but my first from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. I had the misfortune of having my Lexus stolen a little over a month ago and with the help of Chris List; I was able to find a perfect replacement. Chris was so helpful that he took the time to help me find service records on my previous Lexus that was serviced at Len Stoler so I could give to my insurance company in order to help facilitate the settlement quicker. I was unsuccessful with trying to obtain the information from Len Stoler; hence why I originally contacted Sheehy of Annapolis to begin with. Chris was very detailed with sending me information about the car; and wasn't pushy at all. When we were ready to purchase; it was so easy and relaxing. I really appreciate the time Chris took to explain all of the features of the car and to ask if we had any additional questions.
