The don't do what they say they'll do We went to Sheehy Nissan because it's our closest Nissan dealer. We got online pricing from several car dealerships since we knew we wanted the NV Pas We went to Sheehy Nissan because it's our closest Nissan dealer. We got online pricing from several car dealerships since we knew we wanted the NV Passenger. We met with our assigned salesman, Chris Smith, and he was very nice. Once we test drove the car, we told him we were interested, and if they gave us a reasonable price we would buy it that day. We also told him we weren't up for the old games of haggling and talking prices back and forth. We said we wanted the best price he could do so we could move along with our day. He came back with a price several thousand over the quoted internet price. We explained again that we weren't up for the old sales tactics, and to have a nice day as we were leaving. As we were gathering our things, the sales manager, Chris Fitzpatrick came over and said to give him a minute, and that he would give us a better price. We were told that they would show us the "invoice" that they paid for the vehicle, to prove the dealership was only making $400 on the deal. I explained I didn't want to see the "invoice" because i've been through those games before where they have several invoices to show to make it look however they want. A couple minutes later, Fitzpatrick came back and gave us a price that was the original internet price, which again was several thousand less than the original price. I explained that somehow they were now selling me the vehicle for a 1500 loss according to what they had told me to this point. (THIS IS THE POINT I SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY PERMANENTLY) Then it was simply trying to find the vehicle in the color we wanted before we shook hands on a deal. Several hours later after sitting in the dealership, they said they found us the color we wanted, and would be able to have it Monday, since this was getting late on Saturday night. I waited for another hour to sign the contract and paperwork because their finance guy was with another customer. Given the amount of time I had already spent, I explained that I would leave to go to dinner, and return afterwards to sign the paperwork. I told them to have it ready so I could be in and out. About 2 hours later, I let them know I was on my way. I arrived, and shock overwhelmed me when I found that they weren't ready for me. I again waited for 20 minutes before leaving and telling them I would return monday to pickup the vehicle and sign the paperwork. On Sunday, I had another dealership texting me saying they would beat my price by 1000 just to earn my business. I explained that I already shook on a deal, and that I was seeing it through with Sheehy. Monday came and I went in to sign the paperwork. Alas they were ready for me. I signed all the paperwork and they told me it would be about 4 hours and that they had to go pickup our vehicle from the other dealership. I left our trade-in there and made arrangements for someone to pick me up. About 3 hours later, I spoke with Chris Smith who said he had to let me speak with the manager Fitzpatrick. So when I spoke with Fitzpatrick he said that the dealership they worked out the deal with to pickup the van we wanted was no longer responding to them and that he could try to find one in North Carolina or Virginia. After speaking with my wife we decided enough was enough. I called them back and canceled the deal and explained that we passed up another offer that would have saved us 1000 to hold true to our work. And then I explained that they did not hold up their end of the deal, and for that reason we were walking away. If you're still with me I'll tell you this. I don't know how they are in business. They obviously don't hold true to their agreements. They aren't interested in selling cars obviously. This was a miserable experience and I'd never recommend anyone to go there. Chris Smith was nice, but other than that nothing else went right. Hopefully they just go out of business so no one else has to suffer through a similar experience. Jeremy More

Great Dealership from the top down I have been driving a Nissan product since 1985. Because of a previous positive experience on how this dealership Sheehy handled an unfortunate situat I have been driving a Nissan product since 1985. Because of a previous positive experience on how this dealership Sheehy handled an unfortunate situation, when it was time to get another Nissan I immediately contacted Mike Harrison the sales manager. Although he was out for a few days, in his absence he immediately got me in touch with Mike Fitzpatrick with whom he and I were able to work out a fair deal without having to shop around at other dealerships. He then handed me over to Jerome Hodges to do the "real" work with a test drive, paper work and making sure my vehicle was delivered in perfect condition. Great guy and truly wanted to make sure I had a positive experience! In finance the young lady whose name escapes me was also wonderful! From the top down the terrific management's "fingerprints" can be seen throughout the process! They are worthy of my business and will be back again for my next Nissan. More
