They Will Drop the Ball Then Ignore You If you have a current Nissan lease, do NOT come here to return and start a new lease. This is my fourth lease with Nissan and first time here and I wi If you have a current Nissan lease, do NOT come here to return and start a new lease. This is my fourth lease with Nissan and first time here and I will never return. I received my lease statement saying I owed the rest of my payments even though they should’ve all been taken care of through lease loyalty and dealer incentives. For the past 2 weeks I have been contacting my salesperson Tom and the finance manager James and both have stated “No worries. We’ll get this taken care of.” Or “I will give you a call back tomorrow once I have more info.” None of which have happened. They will drop the ball and expect you to pick up their slack. Neither of the 2 previous dealerships I dealt with in Ohio and Florida allowed any of this to happen. I would rather lease from there and transfer paperwork than go to this dealerships who prides itself on “making customers for life.” More

I called Sherman in service to ask him question about keys getting locked in a car. My wife locked her keys Inside the car my keys where with me 50 miles away. Mr Sherman got a key cut and drove to my house 5 min from the store and opened the car for her. Working in car business for over 10 years Never had a dealership do that for somebody , You guys have a great guy and a great service department keep it up . Thanks Sherman More

TIRED OF BEING STRUNG AROUND Initially started with a great experience with an associate who was very nice! Ended up test driving a vehicle with another associate (who was also n Initially started with a great experience with an associate who was very nice! Ended up test driving a vehicle with another associate (who was also nice). Ended up leaving our toddlers travel stroller in the trunk and realized it a couple days later. Went back for it and mysteriously disappeared! It's now been almost 3 weeks and we keep getting the run-around! I'm TIRED OF THEM AND WANT THIS RESOLVED!!! Hope they don't treat all of their customers like this! SMH! More

After determining the vehicle we wished to purchase the paperwork was prepared quickly and then Craig gave us a very good overview of how various options worked. Great Deal but Too Much Pressure and Tactics to Get There I just purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue on Saturday. I got an excellent 1.9% APR financing deal for 72 months but not without some back and forth and exp I just purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue on Saturday. I got an excellent 1.9% APR financing deal for 72 months but not without some back and forth and exposing some of their sales tactics. Initially, I was given a price of $31,800 including negative equity rolled from my old car..The day of purchase that price increased by $1500. When I asked Tom the sales manager how that happened he said that I didnt qualify for rebates due to me getting special financing. However, they knew I qualified for this special financing before they ran numbers which made it look like they padded the price to prevent me from buying a Hyundai Tucson down road at another dealership. Sales manager seemed to be frustrated at me due to them inflating the price and no body at the dealership respected my process of car buying which is I never purchase a car on the same day I test drive it. overall too much pressure was added on me unnecessarily. I’m appreciative of the deal which is why I gave them three stars and the sales rep I worked with was actually a very pleasant guy to work with. But if I was to get another Nissan from Sheehy I would not want to work with that sales manager again. More
