I've never had a bad experience at any nissan dealership until sheehy nissan of manassas. Ive owned numerous nissans this particularly one purchased new and lived all over the US. Ive only had my my car maintained at nissans dealers. The service department and service management at this location are THE worst. Ive been dealing with an issue for over a month with no resolve. If i were you take the extra drive or go to a smaller spot if you require any maintenance. They are Overpriced and cut corners by putting aftermarket parts on the car but charge inflated OEM prices. Ensure you follow up with them prior. Also, what dealer only stands behind their parts and worksmanship for 1/12 Most shops are 3/36. Also, my repairs were complete less than two weeks ago, awaiting a call back from the management since Friday 20 sep.... More

Beware of abusive warranty scams at this shadowy dealership where we had the worst car buying experience of our lives. We bought a car for our family from this dealership and paid a lot for the mos dealership where we had the worst car buying experience of our lives. We bought a car for our family from this dealership and paid a lot for the most extensive Nissan warranties they offered. Shortly afterwards, the car died because the wrong battery had been installed. AAA towed the car to a Nissan dealership near our home. The local Nissan dealer certified that the wrong battery was in the car when purchased from Sheehy. But in spite of having the most expensive Nissan warranties available, Sheehy refused to cover the repairs since we were still within the 90-day dealer service window and (according to them) that requires that only they can perform the repairs. So we paid almost $1,000 at our local Nissan dealership because Sheehy’s installation of the wrong battery forced us to tow the vehicle to our local Nissan dealer. They refused to honor any Nissan warranties. They also (ironically) used the 90-day dealer warranty to refuse to reimburse for repairs at any other dealership. We were abused badly at every level and now desperately trying to get the State Attorney Generals office to help us recover from this warranty scam. More

I had a great experience when I bought my first car from Isaac Bermudez at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas that I brought my wife to buy her car from Isaac Bermudez as well. The entire team but especially Issac a Isaac Bermudez at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas that I brought my wife to buy her car from Isaac Bermudez as well. The entire team but especially Issac and the finance team worked hard to meet our needs and find the perfect vehicle for us. I am a life long patron of Sheehy and have recommended them to many of my friends looking for a new or pre-owned vehicles. Thank you for your time and patience. Please exercise extreme caution if considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased 2019 Certified Preowned Altima from this dealership less than 4 months ago. The car will not start and re a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased 2019 Certified Preowned Altima from this dealership less than 4 months ago. The car will not start and requires an expensive alternator replacement. Sheehy Nissan has offered no assistance in the matter stating that the repair is not covered. I am left questioning the quality of their CPO inspection process and the dealership's integrity. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend trusting this dealership with your business. They sold me a car with a defective component which they had certified as functioning and 4 months later I am left with a car that will not start. More
I first want to make the point that Omar was great to work with. Very attentive and responsive through the process. Omar would get a 5, if ratings were based on the salesperson. I was flying from Missouri, to Virginia, to look at and potentially pick up the truck. It was priced fair, so i gave a $1,000 deposit to hold it. At some point, a Resistall warranty was added for $1,295 that I didn't ask for, and I had no choice but to pay for. There is clearly not any type of ceramic type coating installed. Water/dirt/debris does not bead at all. So while I had to pay for it, the coating either wasn't applied or is complete snake oil. Nobody could seem to provide me with the actual warranty paperwork for the product/service. The cloth doesn't appear to have any resistance to liquid, either. I apply ScotchGard in my business, so I can certainly tell the difference between a protected surface and an unprotected surface. I was also told that new tires were installed. Those tires were not only the absolute bottom of the barrel Chinese made tires, but they already had severe outer wear/cupping. I had the joy of driving 14 hours back home, wondering if I was going to have a blowout, while the truck vibrated as if it had a flat the entire trip home. The TPM sensors were also having issues, likely from the install of the tires by the dealership, or the lack of replacement of those TPM sensors during the "new" tire installation. I was told the technicians said they would correct themselves on my drive home. Obviously, that did not happen. I certainly would not recommend shopping at this dealership or its network of other dealerships. I also hope that Omar lands a sales gig at an honest dealership that he can make a good living at, without having to be involved in scheming customers. More
