I first want to make the point that Omar was great to work with. Very attentive and responsive through the process. Omar would get a 5, if ratings were based on the salesperson. I was flying from Missouri, to Virginia, to look at and potentially pick up the truck. It was priced fair, so i gave a $1,000 deposit to hold it. At some point, a Resistall warranty was added for $1,295 that I didn't ask for, and I had no choice but to pay for. There is clearly not any type of ceramic type coating installed. Water/dirt/debris does not bead at all. So while I had to pay for it, the coating either wasn't applied or is complete snake oil. Nobody could seem to provide me with the actual warranty paperwork for the product/service. The cloth doesn't appear to have any resistance to liquid, either. I apply ScotchGard in my business, so I can certainly tell the difference between a protected surface and an unprotected surface. I was also told that new tires were installed. Those tires were not only the absolute bottom of the barrel Chinese made tires, but they already had severe outer wear/cupping. I had the joy of driving 14 hours back home, wondering if I was going to have a blowout, while the truck vibrated as if it had a flat the entire trip home. The TPM sensors were also having issues, likely from the install of the tires by the dealership, or the lack of replacement of those TPM sensors during the "new" tire installation. I was told the technicians said they would correct themselves on my drive home. Obviously, that did not happen. I certainly would not recommend shopping at this dealership or its network of other dealerships. I also hope that Omar lands a sales gig at an honest dealership that he can make a good living at, without having to be involved in scheming customers. More

The team in the Service and Parts Department are true professionals. They continuously provide excellent service, and every team member I interact with makes a effort to ensure my visit is streamlined. I professionals. My most recent visit was with Sherman Hashi, 10 out of 10. He greeted me right when I walked in and was perfection from cradle to grave. I had the opportunity to speak with my technician Nick Gilford, and it was clear he had a genuine concern for the overall well being of me and my vehicle. I couldn't even tell he touched my car when the work was done. I also purchased a few parts directly from the parts department and I was assisted by Cast Caporaletti and George Jackson. It couldn't have been any better of interaction. They knew exactly what I needed. I left feeling great about my visit, and felt the need to post this review. Lastly the Service Manager Mr. Trowbridge stopped by to make sure I was enjoying the visit which I thought was awesome. Can't say enough, Thank you guys! More

Had an appointment for 1pm for a oil change and tire rotation. He tried to up sell for Alignment, Induction cleaning and brake fluid change, at check in, without even seeing the car, stating it's recomm rotation. He tried to up sell for Alignment, Induction cleaning and brake fluid change, at check in, without even seeing the car, stating it's recommended, (not by Nissan...), 2019 with 37k miles, somehow he tricked me into agreeing to a $20 oil additive and a $20 fuel additive by pointing at a card that listed some services and I said fine. Totally ignored my complaint of the infotainment system problems that they didn't fix when I brought in under warranty. My car didn't go back to the mechanic for 2 hours, for 2 hours it sat in the check in area. I have no complaint with the work the mechanic did, but 2 1/2 hours for an "express" oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. All I got as a response when I expressed how unhappy I was "Well it's a holiday", it was veterans day, unfortunately not a day everyone gets off of work... If he would have told me when I checked in it could be a couple of hours I would have left and gone to one of the quick lube places. Just totally inconsiderate and dismissive of my time, and walked away while I was complaining like he didn't have time for me... More
