Because safety, performance and reliability are so crucial to my business (and I place my clients safety above anything), I did extensive research (car and driver, USAA, Consumer Digest and a couple other car buyer websites) and found that the 2012 Nissan Altima sedan was rated number one overall. This surprised me as I wasn't thinking of a Nissan. After all I read, I thought it was worth a test drive. I then did my due dilligence and found that Sheehy Nissan of Manassas had a 94% approval rating for overall customer satisfaction and a 97% approval rating for their maintenance department. Needless to say, I went there. There was no other Virgnia dealership that came close to those statistics (Washington Consumer Checkbook Magazine). I called to set up an appointment, asked to speak to a female sales rep and was put in touch with Donna Lockhart. I've bought 12 cars in my life and I've never had a sales rep better! She went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned and she KNEW her stuff. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot of them!), she took me on a tour of the facility, introduced me to the service managers, the dealership manager and even Dewayu Citarasmi in the credit department was delightful and thorough. I request simply that before you buy you check them out. I love the car, it handles great, the V6 has a lot of power and comfort and I appreciate having a dealership like Sheehy. As for sales reps, ask for Donna!!! You'll love her! This is why I rate them a 10 out of 10. More

I contacted John Simmons by phone to ask about the availability of a car I saw on-line. I decided to drive to Manassas from Richmond, VA to see the car. Upon entry to the dealership, I was greeted b availability of a car I saw on-line. I decided to drive to Manassas from Richmond, VA to see the car. Upon entry to the dealership, I was greeted by the personnel inside and directed to John. John remembered our conversation and we sat to discuss the business of test driving and purchasing the car. I was quite impressed that John was not pushy and did not digress from the subject of the vehicle. Equally impressive, was actually meeting Manny Lopes, the used car manager. In my past experiences, the sales person leaves you sitting and comes back with a "jacked up" bill of sales; while the manager lurks around to see if you fall for it. Not in this case... Manny came over with the bottom line price and he, John, and I went over it. The purchase price was also a surprise... apparently, "Mark Down" had visited the dealership, prior to my arrival. There were no hidden fees or small print... While the car was being prepped, a gentleman (Dennis Card) came out and suggested we start on the paperwork - in an effort to save time. Dennis is extremely organized and we completed the paperwork minutes before the car prepping was complete. When the car was ready, John brought it into the bay to go over it with me. I appreciated that because it was snowing and cold out. Then as I prepared to leave, each of the personnel I worked with said "goodbye" and wished me a safe trip back to Richmond. I've purchased over 15 cars in the past 34 years and I have never been in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. Nor have I ever been impressed enough to take the time and write a review commending the dealership for outstanding service. I would certainly recommend taking the drive to work with Sheehy Nissan of Manassas! More
