We have owned a Nissan Murano for 5 years and had a Nissan Quest. We traded in the Quest 2 years back for a Honda Odyssey and it was the BIGGEST mistake! Our number one reason for trading the Odyssey back in (a few days ago) for a 2011 Nissan Quest is for the customer service. Jon Picone in Nissan Service is fantastic - he is loyal, straight forward and always gives you his recommendations. We have always felt comfortable with him - we can't say enough positive things! He listened to my desires for a safe, reliable vehicle, identified all problems, showed me the evidence of worn parts, arranged for a free rental car, kept in close contact by phone and answered all of my many questions. I felt as if my vehicle and safety were in the most competent hands with Harold. Although a large service bill is no one's desire, in this case it was money well spent. I highly recommend this dealership and will now take our 2005 Altima to Sheehy for regular service. More

Letting go of my 2000 Fro satisfaction with my recent purchase at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. I bought a 2011 Altima Coupe and I could not be happier. Letting go of my 2000 Frontier was a difficult thing for me to do. I bought that truck from them in July of 2000 and, except for one oil change, brought it to Sheehy for all its service. I am convinced that my truck lasted as long as it did and was ever so reliable because of the exceptional service I received from Jon and their top-notch mechanics. I always felt like a VIP when I came in and Jon has become not only my go-to-guy, but a true friend as well. Sheehy is my "Cheers" of the auto world. These are the reasons that I returned to purchase my new car here at Sheehy. Lori Bacon was fantastic and was very patient with me. She obliged my every request, including the bottom line. They have a top-notch sales consultant there and I would hang onto her! In addition, I had a change of heart on an additional package that I purchased. Carl Leckner did not hesitate to accommodate my request and Jimmy drew up a new contract quickly so I could get in my new ride. Carl - you have an excellent dealership there and so many great people that work for you. I do not know what I would do if Jon ever left. He is by far the best service rep out there and he has always made my service visits easy and stress free. Even when he had the bad news about my truck, he was there for me every step of the way.
