Great Dealership to do Business With Picked up a 2015 Toyota Corolla S+ on March 18th, 2015. Yenneth was my salesman, and he was very nice, a friendly guy. I will admit he was a TAD bit p Picked up a 2015 Toyota Corolla S+ on March 18th, 2015. Yenneth was my salesman, and he was very nice, a friendly guy. I will admit he was a TAD bit pushy, but that's honestly to be expected from any vehicle salesman, he's trying to sell a car. He did let me take the car home for the evening, I only live like 5 miles from the dealership, if that, so it was great to actually see it in my driveway before I bought it. How often does that happen? Very nice of him. I'd definitely recommend you ask for Yenneth when you're ready to purchase. Next is Karen with customer service. I only dealt with her for a couple minutes, but she's absolutely worth mentioning because it was such a positive interaction. She was the one to come over and offer the extended warranties, interior and exterior protection, etc. She explained the offers to me, and I said no thank you. She nicely and with a smile said alright, thanks, and that was that. She didn't go on and on and on about "oh you'll definitely regret it if you don't!" She just said ok!! Sooooo many salespeople will practically force it upon you and then be rude to you if you don't purchase the additional products. Not Karen, she was fantastic. Lastly, Robert in finance. Very nice guy, explained everything thoroughly, made it easy, didn't try to sneak anything into the deal. I've had that happen before at other dealerships, they'll sneak something into your agreement hoping you don't notice. Robert did not do this, and for that I am very thankful. Now, you'll notice I removed 1 star from a perfect 5 star rating. The reason is not too serious, but still significant enough that I feel removing 1 star is just. The reason is I specifically asked (not any of the 3 people I listed here, it was a guy behind the counter who was helping run numbers, his name escapes me) "Is there going to be the $350 disposition fee when I turn the car in?" and I was flatly told "No." He did mention something about buying the car back at the end but I don't really know what that means, all I cared about was knowing if there was a $350 disposition fee. Again, I was told "No." However, when signing the papers, there it was. $350 disposition fee. However, I know that this is an extremely common fee that is usually not negotiable. I expected to have to pay it, so I didn't fight it. Not a big deal in my opinion, because if you turn the car in and finance or lease another Toyota within (I believe) 30 days, that fee is waived, according to Toyota Financial. So, no big deal, however I was still told it wouldn't be there, so that's the 1 star deduction. Now, I did get the car brand new, but there was a pretty significant scratch in the paint on the front bumper near the grill. Not sure if it happened on a previous test drive, or when they were moving the car into the lot, I don't know, but it was very noticeable. I let them know of this damage, and when signing the papers, I was given a "We Owe" paper, with the damage noted. I took it in today, March 31st, 2015. I dropped it off at 9am, and the car was ready to pickup by around 5:30pm. A long time, yes, but absolutely worth it because I really wish I could show before and after pictures here...the repair is absolutely flawless. You seriously cannot tell, at all, that there was a scratch. It wasn't a small scratch either, it was all the way through the clear coat and silver paint, to the point that you could see the black of the bumper underneath. But now, it's absolutely flawless. Color match is absolutely perfect, you'd think it just rolled off the assembly line. Really, bravo to whoever did the paint work. Overall, though, I would ABSOLUTELY do business with this dealership again. The process was relatively easy and quick, I have a car that I love driving and it has nearly all the goodies. It's like 99% loaded, the only thing (I think) I don't have is the push button start but I've turned a key this long I think I'll live without that just fine. There could be something else I don't have but whatever it may be I don't miss it! :) Conclusion: Rosner Toyota of Stafford is a great dealership and I would recommend buying your next vehicle from them, and I especially recommend the 3 people mentioned in this review. More

Sean Davis was very nice and honest with us and came up with a price that was very competitive. Sure, the dealership tried to add other additional expenses, but the sales pitches were not over the top and I appreciated that. In final analysis, we got the car at a price that was acceptable to us, after we had done our own research. Good to see dealerships are adjusting to increased information on the buyer's part. Again, Sean was a great guy to work with. More
