DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENTS I am personally horrified by your dealerships tactics - from deception to bait and switch - you name it. I found your 2017 VW Beetle on both cars. I am personally horrified by your dealerships tactics - from deception to bait and switch - you name it. I found your 2017 VW Beetle on both cars.com and your own website for $14,990. The disclosure CLEARLY STATES that the price MAY GO DOWN if I qualify for additional rebates - and that you guys don't play the game that other dealerships do - that OTHER dealerships include those rebates in their pricing. Not You. I tried to purchase this morning the $14,990 Beetle for my daughter - only to have the sales guy tell me that he'd need a deposit to secure the deal "for this months" business - and then disappear. During this time, I had my credit pulled with SSFCU for THIS SPECIFIC CAR - and am approved (of course). I called 4 or 5 times to speak with a manager - and finally spoke with someone who at long last had someone call me back. This person tells me I don't qualify for College Rebate and other incentives (first of all, he never asked if I qualified or I didn't - just told me I didn't - how he'd know I have NO idea) and that price can't be honored. So let me get this straight... You advertise that you don't play games. You advertise that you don't include rebates in the price like the other guys. You advertise that the price could get LOWER. Yet you won't sell me the car for $14,990... Wait... I'm sorry... Russ Zakiri DID email me and offer to sell me the car for $14,990... and I quote - right from his email... "I would go ahead and make an exception for you today since it’s the last day of the program. I’m not sure what the incentives will be tomorrow. Your price will be $14,990 plus freight of $820 and processing fee of $699 plus taxes and tags." Ok... so - you'll sell it for the price you advertise... PLUS $1,519 and TTL. TTL I get and everyone knows that. But saying you'll sell it for your advertised price PLUS $1,519 is deceptive practices... EVERYONE BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIPS TACTICS! I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB & AG OFFICE ON BEHALF OF ALL CONSUMERS! Help MAY be on the way! More

Truly Satisfied Customer I came in on the Friday before labor day and looked at some cars. I spoke with Ron Sowell and told him what I was looking for and would be back the ne I came in on the Friday before labor day and looked at some cars. I spoke with Ron Sowell and told him what I was looking for and would be back the next day. I returned on Saturday and spoke with Ron. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient.. I got the car I wanted. There was no pressure and no going back and forth on price. He made this car experience a plus. To put the icing on the cake, Vanessa in Financing was efficient and I was not there all night long. I would definitely come back and I recommend this dealership and sales team to those searching for a car. More

Good and Bad!! We were searching for a new VW Jetta for our son and after researching and talking to several VW dealers around Maryland and VA, we decided to stop by We were searching for a new VW Jetta for our son and after researching and talking to several VW dealers around Maryland and VA, we decided to stop by Sheehy VW which was almost 1.5 hours’ drive for us. Our Sales Consultant was Mr.De'Maryo Platt who was extremely helpful and patient during our entire car buying process and answered all our questions. It was great working with De'Maryo !!. We decided to move forward with our purchase of VW Jetta SE and were discussing if they is a way we can get a better price, talking couple of hundreds here. We were then introduced to Mr. John Mercer (General Sales Manager) who was extremely rude and discourteous. The way he came across sounded as if he does not care if you buy or not. The whole conversation with him sounded very unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least...nobody should be treated that way. Even if you can't reduce the price, there is way to express things in a respectful and courteous way. We were this close to walking out. We still ended up buying our car from them with and the only reason been De'Maryo’s remarkable service .Other than this unpleasant exchange with Mr. John Mercer, the whole car buying process was very smooth.Kudos to Mr.De'Maryo Platt for an exceptional customer service!! Our salesperson, David Perez, was a great person to work with and added to our experience. My golf turned out to be exactly what I wanted, and we were able to take advantage of a great deal. David was understanding, and even drove out to Baltimore to pick up my car since I wanted a specific color and interior! He was friendly to my family who accompanied me, and made sure to always answer my questions quickly. Our finance help from Paul also was great. Paul was understanding, and helped us decide on the best possible options for me as a first time buyer getting settled after college graduation. Sheehy is doing things right. More
