Great So Far After buying my 2012 GTI from Sheehy VW Springfield, I have had it in for three scheduled service visits and one unscheduled visit. In each case my s After buying my 2012 GTI from Sheehy VW Springfield, I have had it in for three scheduled service visits and one unscheduled visit. In each case my service manager, Cee, has been outstanding to work with, as have the technicians I have encountered. The car has so far been exceptionally reliable, but I have brought it in for it's periodic routine maintenance and once with a question I had regarding the info system (no problem, just needed some instruction). Cee and the crew have taken my car in promptly, serviced it professionally, and returned it washed and shining. I could not be more pleased with Sheehy VW Springfield at this point, and recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent cars and/or outstanding service. More

Late summer, 2013, I was in need of a new vehicle that could deliver both a good driving experience and better gas mileage than my previous BMW 335. Hussein really helped me understand the differences of leasing vs financing. I was interested in the 2013 GLI Autobahn. We discussed numbers and I was on my way out the door to go home and "sleep on it." The very next morning, Hussein emails some news, the 2014 GLI Autobahn were ready to deliver to the US. I confirmed that I wanted the first and only, current at the time, 2014 but it was already on a ship headed to another dealership on the east coast. Hussein jumped through hoops for my car and re-routed the first US bound 2014 GLI Autobahn to come to his dealership for my 36-month lease! I have never had such an easy car buying experience until Hussein because he made everything so simple. The guy puts in long hours and all I have heard is great things about his work ethic. I have come in for service appointments and he still remembers my name, my story, and all the little things we discussed. When you're at Sheehy VW make it easy on yourself and just ask for Hussein Farzad. I will be back at lease end that's for sure. More
