I called the dealership about a new VW GLI they had listed on their website and wanted to know if the car was still available, and whether it was a manual or not. Mohamed M. then sent me multiple pictures of the car including a picture of the interior to confirm it is a manual. I went in to the dealership few days later and test drove the car. The dealership appraised my current truck at the time and worked with me to match another offer I had on hand for it, then we worked on negotiating a price for the new VW GLI. Overall, the purchase went smooth and Mohamed M. and the dealership staff were nice and professional. In addition, I ended up forgetting to take-out few items from my truck (that I traded-in) including my garage door remote, so I contacted Mohamed M. the same night and he got the stuff out of the truck and held them for me to pick up the next day. More
