It was an overall very disappointing experience. The online advertisement misrepresented the actual mileage. Cars.com stated the mileage to be around 11,000 when it was actually over 61,000. The listing stated that the vehicle had a panoramic sunroof, which it did not. The salesperson told me that they put each vehicle through the shop before it hits the lot. The vehicle was extremely dirty inside and the middle seat of the second row would not open. There was a large fender dent that was not disclosed in the photos. I drove from Putnam County to Beckley to test drive the vehicle but could have avoided the expense and waste of my time had the advertisement and dealership been truthful and transparent. I even took the extra time to call the dealership to confirm the vehicle features. The salesperson inaccurately told me that the vehicle did not have the entertainment system when I could clearly see it in the photos. Obviously the salesperson knew very little to nothing about the vehicle he was attempting to sell. When I highlighted the problems, the salesperson seemed oblivious and only concerned with going home for the evening! Would not recommend this dealership. More
