I had a tire that was losing air quickly and I brought my car to Shelor in the am to the express lake. They brought me in very quickly,both the service representative ,I think Christopher,and the rental car car to Shelor in the am to the express lake. They brought me in very quickly,both the service representative ,I think Christopher,and the rental car rep were very friendly and professional.I had a rental car very quickly.The service rep explained that he would call as soon as he knew what was going on with my tire.He called very quickly and they were able to plug the tire.I was able to return the rental car and pick up my car that same day.I had excellent service and I will return to Shelors.Thank you.
