We appreciate the service given to us by Shelor Toyota. Ryan Wildman called us and set up the appointment since it had to do with our new Toyota Avalon purchase. The service department was wonderful...they were friendly, courteous and Scott Hall made us feel right at home. Our salesman, Ryan Wildman, came and checked on us and when we found out the service was going to take two hours, a courtesy van came and picked us up to bring us home since we do not live that far from the dealership. The driver of the van, Tommy, was so cordial and introduced himself. We were called when the service was completed and Tommy came and transported my husband back to the dealership to pick up our Avalon. What a marvelous experience with every department. Thank you Shelor Toyota and all of your employees! More
Just about the worse service experice I have ever had. Went in for timing belt and water pump after getting a quote over the phone. While there they agreeded to also do oil change and new inspection. They called to "bump up" $160 worth of brake work which I did myself in the parking lot of Advance Auto a block away from them in 30 minutes for $30 bucks. It passed inspection and I drove it away. The next day, 150 miles away, the engine is leaking oil like crazy, a quart every 25 miles, smoking and smell like burning oil due to service installing the wrong Toyota iol filter on a Toyota car...How stupid can you get? I drove back 150 miles to Shelor Service center for then to correct their problem which they did but overall, I'll do all work myself or take it to any shade tree mechanic before I go back to them for service. Now i can't help but question the quality of the work on timing belt replacement, and expect it to crap out any moment due to poor workmanship. More
truck needed touch up on paint - chipping at rear of cab. BAD, BAD BAD. dealership was difficult and refused to set appointment to repair when we tried to get it fixed. Painted whole side of truck in stead of just touching up the damaged areas (caused from road debris due to design flaw) painted whole side of truck and when I sold caused me to loose even more money. I don't recommend this dealership and especially their "outsourced" paint/body shop More
